Kathy Palokoff is the founder and CEO of CUSTOMERicity. Her credentials include an almost Ph.D. from Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute; 10 years with Saatchi as an account planner and public relations guru; 20 years as a brand-builder for multi-national companies across industries; five years with three start-up technology companies; and 15 years in training, instructional design and marketing research. Among her many clients are: DuPont, Kodak, Merial, Comdisco, Marine Midland and Prudential.

Wanda Zygmuntowicz is managing partner and President of CUSTOMERicity with a passion for creating new, actionable, customer-based insights. Her experience and knowledge has increased sales worldwide for a wide range of products and services for firms such as Alcatel, Corning, DuPont, Hilton Hotels, Hollister Medical, Kodak, Quaker Oats, Prudential and Schwinn. Through writing copy for Allstate, or directing all North American marketing communications activities for Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC Bank USA), or serving in management at blue chip agencies like J. Walter Thompson and Saatchi & Saatchi, she has developed a deep understanding of marketing, customer relationship management, brand communications, research, technology and training.

For over 20 years, Wanda's considerable expertise has been applied to leading results-oriented programs and strategy for a variety of industries - from financial services, telecommunications and retail, to travel, technology and packaged goods. This broad perspective provides an ability to quickly see challenges and opportunities from all angles and truly work in a collaborative fashion.

Susan J. Anthony is founder and president of Sawmill Marketing Public Relations in 1995 following a 20-year tenure with major agencies including Saatchi and Saatchi where she led public relations efforts on behalf of DuPont business to business programs, Xerox Corporation, Standard Oil Company. She has a particular expertise in the development and execution of marketing public relations programs as key business development strategies. Recent experience includes design and implementation of a comprehensive public relations program for a resort property in Utah that hosted 250 Nordic and biathlon athletes competing in the Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympics. Media coverage of the resort included the New York Times, Today Show, CNN International and Newsweek.

 

Sue Butler is partner at Butler/Till Media Services, a firm offering full-service media research, planning/buying and administration services, along with a unique offering of Internet based media services. Sue’s career included stints as a regional agency media director, a sales executive for an NBC-TV affiliate, and as an entrepreneur – uniquely positioning her for the role of “media only agency” owner. Sue’s focus is on the business of media – developing a flair for media research and the economics of media performance. Sue is an active board member for Rochester, New York’s eBusiness Association. Her diverse media responsibilities include programs for State Farm, Element K, Gannett Rochester Newspapers, Alliance Tax Resolution Service, and Vialta.  
Paul Dodd worked as an art director for many years on Rochester's Big Three accounts (Kodak, Xerox and Bausch & Lomb) before starting his own agency, 4D Advertising, with partner, Peggi Fournier. Specializing in print advertising design when they opened their doors in 1987, the agency has followed their clients into the Internet age and now specializes in web design.  

Anne Esse is so much more than an Art Director. While she excels at creating visual interpretations of successful marketing messages, Anne also offers a unique focus on the ideas themselves. From high-tech (including clients like NEC, Micron, Corning) to high touch (Gunlocke, Guthrie Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb) Anne creates work that delivers results-in print, on television, and on the web as well. During her 12 years in the business, Anne also has worked on collateral materials, direct marketing efforts, identity systems, and tradeshow exhibit design. She prides herself in the range of work experience she has had and in the enthusiasm she still has for taking on new challenges. Anne's work in supporting national and international brands has been recognized with numerous awards for creative excellence.

 

Carol Fitzgerald has an extensive business background in sales, marketing, e-commerce and media research with Fortune 500 and start-up companies. She specializes in sales force motivation, marketing communications and business planning advice for small to mid-capitalization companies. Carol has worked as marketing consultant for companies such as Fisher-Price and Corning Inc., and has experience as a television broadcaster as a market researcher.

 

Peggi Fournier specializes in print and web design with an expertise in the technological solutions available to achieve the best design execution. She has provided e-commerce solutions for a variety of online businesses. She also serves as consultant to companies needing internal training in the essential skills to maintain their own sites on a daily basis.  
Mary Gotschall is a Washington, D.C.-based marketing and public relations expert whose experience covers a wide range of companies, from Fortune 500 firms to entrepreneurial start-ups, in industries including financial services, government, health care, publishing and science/technology. She has worked with such industry leaders as DuPont Government Development, Fortune Magazine, the NASDAQ Stock Market and the U.S. Trust Company of New York (a subsidiary of Charles Schwab). Mary holds a BA from Harvard and a MBA from Columbia, with a specialty in marketing.  
Richard Hahn has twenty years of business-to-business and business-to-consumer database and direct marketing experience. Working with, and for, both large companies such as AIG (American International Group) and The Franklin Mint and small, his analytical background has provided these organizations with the ability to strategically develop, implement and measure the results of individual campaigns and annual marketing plans. Rich has extensive experience in database development, sales lead management systems, project and vendor management, customer profiling, marketing list research (postal and email) and acquisition, and campaign analysis.  
Max Lent provides management, technical, instructional, and customer services in the areas of information technology, Intranet and Internet development, Web publishing, and content development. Max served as Senior Network Computing Analyst for Frontier Communications and Global Crossing. His strategic mission was to build a corporate Intranet and demystify Web publishing and promote it to business units.  

Todd Miechiels is a founder of Medium Blue, an Atlanta based Internet marketing strategies firm exclusively focused on helping clients realize a greater return on their internet marketing investment. Utilizing extensive experience and expertise in the areas of sales, marketing, creative design, usability, technical development and internet promotion, they produce measurable improvements in key areas such as targeted site traffic, visitor conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and internet driven revenues. Medium Blue has a proven track record of delivering value to clients in areas where competition for market share is fierce and the average sale is relatively high.

 

Louis P. Moiani, Managing Director, Technology and Marketing Communications for Luxcore, Ltd., is a specialist in developing and defining marketing initiatives and programs focused on technology. He has successfully launched technological products in the electronics, telecommunication, multimedia and EDI sectors Formerly Chief Operating Officer of Hudson Soft, Inc. a multimedia interactive software developer, he was responsible for securing licensed properties from Disney, MCA, Universal Studios, Major League Baseball Players Association and others.

 

Pam Moscato has ten years of client relationship experience and expertise in a variety of industries including web site design, hospitality, travel and tourism. Her business background includes marketing communications, investor relations, and sales management. Pam specializes in project management, client relationship development and event planning, and has extensive experience in staff development/training and process planning. With a MBA in finance, she is able to bring strong marketing and financial skills to bear on solving client problems.

 

Jeffrey Nidetz is founder and CEO of The Willows Company, a full service market research firm. Highly accomplished in his field, Jeff has extensive knowledge of customer/employee satisfaction studies, market segmentation, new product design and numerous additional market research services. He manages every aspect of market research, including proposal development, project design, management of subcontractors, advanced statistical analysis, report preparation and presentation of results. Jeff has special expertise in computer information services, document management systems, health care, community services and consumer products, with a specialization in cost-effective research for small businesses. His educational background includes a MBA and a MS in Urban Planning.  
Dave Pronko is the founder and Executive Creative Director of Steel Horse Design Studios. His studio creates high level graphic design and illustration focusing on business identity, advertising, and marketing. Dave believes that communications must address the human spirit in order to be effective. This philosophy is evident in his logos, transit advertising and international point of sale promotions for organizations such as Dorschel Auto Group, Canandaigua Wines and the Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Program. His fresh creative approach combined with a strong background in illustration and digital pre-press enables him to push the envelope in a variety of media and deliver strong results in gaining and retaining customers.  

Jerry Seeman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Luxcore, Ltd., the U.S.-Government registered marketing agency that is the official representative of the Luxembourg Board of Economic Development. An attorney and senior corporate public relations/public affairs counselor, he advises government officials and management and executes positioning strategy for national economic development, mergers and acquisitions, control contests, investor relations, financial transactions, litigation, crises, bankruptcy, community and labor relations.

 

Paul Soscia owns and operates two companies — High Falls Funding, which provides equipment leasing and venture equity funding and P2 & Associates, a sales operations consulting firm which designs, implements and manages on a contract basis sales training, territory management, compensation, major account selling, performance appraisal and improvement, recruiting and hiring and plan and review programs. Paul’s career spans thirty years of successful experience in sales training, sales management and strategic planning and operations. He has held various professional sales positions with Xerox Corporation, including Branch Sales training Manager, Manager of major account marketing and strategic training and development at Xerox’s world wide training center in Leesburg Virginia. He was also Director of Sales for CIS Equipment Leasing, the second largest leasing company in the country, as well as Vice President of Sales for Sykes Datatronics which provided telephone cost management equipment through the Bell system worldwide.  
Tracy Till is partner at Butler/Till Media Services. Tracy’s flair revolves around the marketing communications angles of media — and how they work together to fulfill a client’s objectives. Working alongside marketing firms comes naturally to Tracy, having spent eight years at Young & Rubicam’s Rochester, NY office as Media Director and as a member of the agency’s Management Committee. Tracy is an active board member of the Ad Council of Rochester and committee member of Rochester’s non-for-profit, Easthouse. Her current media responsibilities include planning and buying for Eastman Kodak’s Health Imaging Division, Bausch & Lomb, Medtronic Physio-Control, Canandaigua Wine Company and Harris Interactive.
