Of those people polled: 96% trust a company more if the customer service department or website is responsive to their questions. 80% trust a company more if the company makes it up to them when a product does not deliver. 76% find it difficult to trust a new brand if it does not meet their needs or work the first time. 60% can not explain why they trust a company. They just have a good feeling about it. |
