Problem

Sias International University in China needed support from key leaders in government, academia and business in order to continue its growth and mission to produce global citizens who would make a difference in the world. Its message was confusing and not relevant to most people and failed to capture the vibrant nature of this new model in education.

Solution

The team created a brand identity including a core book that created excitement and pride. E-newsletters, stationary, pamphlets and the internal and external web sites all clearly proclaim the school’s impact on education and future plans.

Result

This repositioning and strong graphic look has drawn important decision-makers  to campus, helped upgrade and recruit for the board and recently engaged more than 500 international leaders to visit the campus for its 10th anniversary. This use of a clear brand has been a major behavioral shift for leaders at the campus and was therefore supported with training and standards.
